NB regarding contacting us:

We are both work at home moms with small children we do not work conventional working hours as it is often not possible to take calls and converse undisturbed with having small children around. We also do not take calls after hours and weekends. Please use email as a first line of contact 24 hours a day and we respond to you via email or phone you back if needed as soon as we are able to give your communication our undivided attention.

Regarding POSTAGE:

Parcels are sent via the post office counter to counter on Tuesdays and Fridays - this means that provided your order is place before 12pm on a Monday or Thursday your order will be posted the following day, if after this time it will be sent on the next postage date. In the event of there being a delay you will be kept updates via email. Tracking numbers will be sent ot your email address.

Regarding sample stockists:

Barbara is based in Port Shepstone and Sally is in Durbanville Cape Town, we are available for you to come and view the products at our homes and chat to us about what nappies, carriers or other products might suit you best, we can however send products nation wide via the post office. You can alternatively look at our agent list and see if there is someone in your area and if they carry the items you are interested in seeing as not all the agents carry all the items that we sell.
